This place is awesome for covering the vegan and gluten free for our group. The bloody Mary was done perfectly. We ate ourselves full by sharing a few things. Couldn't help but bring some sweet treats home for later. Cookies, cup cakes, red velvet cake, so many options. The wait staff was casual and super friendly....he took the order for the whole table without writing anything down and delivered it perfectly. Will be back again soon!

I came to Watercourse Foods on a Wednesday night. I was excited to try after being recommended to me. It was empty and we got sat fairly fast. Our server was great and told us about the menu and gave us a few suggestions. I decided to go with the Southwest wrap and my boyfriend got the Southern Plate. I was beyond satisfied with the wrap. It's so good and flavorful. It comes with plenty of tofu as it's protein. It came with a side of fries. I will definitely be coming back to get this again. The Southern Plate was very tasty. It comes with a side of vegan mashed potatoes with gravy and salad. The mushrooms were fresh and crispy. I enjoyed this plate. We also ordered Seitan Wings as an appetizer but our server forgot and never put the order in. He asked if we still wanted them and we did. We had to wait for a while for them to arrive. It would have been nice to get them as an app. We stayed longer than we would have liked. However, the food was really good. The atmosphere is fun. The staff is nice. I will be back!!

Some of the most delicious veggie food I and my dog have ever had. My pension for eating and find excellently made Tofu is a quest, this day my Aspen loved the grilled tofu. My Cesar salad was so huge, even asking for a "Small!!" I learned the sweet waitress was enamourd with my Aspen, she brought a large. Although I love lettuce, it is not Aspens' favorite, it took almost an hour to get through this one salad and Grilled Tofu, could not eat another thing until the next day. Great service! Fantastic Food! Pleasant Surroundings, Walk in Aroma waffles through the air, People smiling, very pleasant wait staff. $$$ worth the price

Service and food weren't as amazing as usual this visit. Smiles all around, but food was cold. I ordered the watercourse platter. My latte took maybe 20 minutes to arrive. Then it was on the bill twice. Our server never came back to cash us out. Just not the norm today. Still love this all plant based oasis.

I don't usually go for Vegan joints, but it was this place, the shroom cafe down the street, or wandering at the mercy of Google maps for who knows how long. The risk was worth the reward. Food: The mocha was average. The tap water was a bit dry and lukewarm. The entry I had --TUFU BREAKFAST HASH--was really good. $14.50 worth of sun-Tufu, grilled, seasonal veggies; fried mini-potatoes was amazing. I highly recommend this entry. Service: It was fine. The assumably intentional no rush to serve was fine. It was a lazy Sunday morning. Ambiance: The Decor matches the vibe of the place. Earthy. Vegan. a musky, mahogany tone. Somewhere in the eye of the of hip, hippy, and hipster Bermuda Triangle, it was a relaxed, low-key 33-and-a-third spin in a 45 rpm world. It was good. I would eat here again.

I love coming here for lunch!! First off their ranch is amazing. Also, they have a full coffee and booze bar. Their service is pretty good, like 8/10. The decor is eclectic and fun! I had a caesar tofu wrap. Their French fries are also yummy. The kid menu is fantastic and there are plenty of options on the adult menu. They also change the menu up a couple times a year!

5 stars on food, service and ambiance. Great place for a solo meal. Not too loud, funky artistic atmosphere, and friendly but unintrusive service. I was able to sit at a small high-top table, use the wifi, and plug in my phone (it needs a new battery). So I could just chill without feeling like I was taking up precious space for a larger party, or being stared at. Nor did I have to make small talk with a bartender, which I was not in the mood for, though that was an option. I had a passion fruit mocktail that was pretty good, though I was disappointed they were out of their NA gin so I couldn't try the other mocktail that looked more interesting to me. I had the 2-piece "cauliflower fried chicken". It's definitely cauliflower, there's no mistaking it for chicken, or even "chicken". But the breading is great. It comes with sauce which I felt it didn't need, and two sides - next time I would try different sides, I think. The side of vegan Mac 'n cheese was not terrible, but I wouldn't get it again. It was runny, the pasta was not al dente, and the cheese didn't taste like much of anything. So, inoffensive, but not very comforting, either, which is what I usually want from Mac 'n cheese. I also chose a house salad with a fig dressing, which was zingy in a way I didn't expect. Not in a bad way, just maybe more acidic than I was looking for. After dinner I had a decaf latte that I'm not entirely sure was actually decaf, and a salted chocolate chip cookie (ok, half, it was huge, the other half went home with me). The cookie was very good, but the latte was amazing. The food and overall experience made me feel relaxed and revived, which is really what we all want when we eat out. I left feeling a lot better than I did when I went in. Oh, but be warned - it's not cheap. The entire meal (for one person, including a drink, coffee and dessert) came out to around $50 including tip.

What is wrong with me I didn't finish up this review I started?!?!?! Food was awesome! Service was great.... If you want Vegan Comfort food this is the place to go..... Although I prefer a bit healthier sometimes Comfort Food is good... I got the burger with fries --- yeah I need healthier but I was on a biz trip and said go for it!!! Restaurant was nicely laid out and there were bakery items: Cookies, Desserts in the front that you can see but the amount was so filling that I just gave up and finished what I ordered didn't take back any extras though they looked really good. The veggie burger was made in house they told me along with the sauce and everything so that makes it more appealing in my opinion....no impossible or beyond meat.... I'd go back again next time I'm in Denver....

A vegan hangout place . Customers are spoilt for choices with unique combo of flavors. Plenty of seating space inside. This is my second time visiting the restaurant and this time I sat inside. The ambiance and mood is super fun. I sat with my friends for 2-3 hours without realizing time pass by. Their truffle fries and chocolate milkshake are out of this world! The carrot arancini risotto balls was amazing too. Its my new favorite. I also tried their sweet potato gnocchi with kale. The gnocchi was yummy. The pea & leek risotto didn't stand out as much as the other dishes. But nonetheless it was flavorful and tasty. The sandwich with seitan was perhaps the least favorite items among all the ones we tried. Super cool place to stop by with your friends and enjoy amazing food!
